Yes. Unused membership services roll over while your membership stays active.
Yes. You’re welcome to gift an available membership service to a friend or family member.
Membership services can’t be combined or stacked, or combined with promotions, packages or specials, unless we specifically say otherwise.
Yes. Memberships can be frozen for up to 60 days. Billing and new monthly services pause during the freeze, and any unused services stay in your account.
Members follow the same cancellation policy. Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and your service returns to your account. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies and your service is still returned. For a no-show, a 100% fee applies and your service is still returned. We’ll never take your service and charge a fee.
Membership cancellation simply requires one month’s notice.
Any unused services must be used within 90 days after your membership ends, and you’re welcome to gift them to a friend or family member during that time. After 90 days, remaining services expire.
