The Dew Bar was founded by Sandy Nelles, a busy mom of three and an esthetician for nearly two decades, who knew the routine all too well: one appointment for your skin, another for your hair. Different places, different schedules, and somehow half the day is gone.
She kept thinking: why aren’t these two things together?
Maybe a Hydrafacial and a blowout sound like an unexpected combination. But then again, so did peanut butter and jelly. Some things just make sense once you put them together.
And that was the beginning of The Dew Bar
We’ve all done it. Five-day-old hair, no makeup, and suddenly you’re wondering who you’ll run into walking through a crowded salon.
The Dew Bar was designed differently. Every appointment happens in a private studio, one-on-one with your beauty professional. No crowded floor. No waiting room. No feeling like you need to look put together before you arrive.
And your beauty professional isn’t judging you. They chose this industry because they genuinely love helping women look and feel beautiful, whether you walk in completely put together or very much not.

We didn’t want to build one giant, glamorous salon in the middle of the city, complete with traffic, difficult parking, and an appointment you have to plan your day around.
The vision for The Dew Bar is smaller studios in more places: beautiful, private spaces tucked into the communities where women actually live and work.
