Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026.

The Dew Bar is operated by Colgrey Holdings LLC ("The Dew Bar," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit TheDewBar.com, join a waitlist, respond to one of our ads, or book with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and anything you choose to include in a form or message. This includes forms on our website and lead forms inside Facebook and Instagram ads.

Booking and service information: appointment history, membership status, service preferences, and payment details. Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and pages visited. Our ads may use Meta's tools to measure how ads perform.

How we use it

To respond to you, manage your waitlist spot or membership, schedule appointments, send you updates about The Dew Bar (you can unsubscribe at any time), improve our services, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, booking and payment processing, email, and advertising platforms, and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies, analytics and ads

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. These tools use cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you tap, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Google and Meta handle this information under their own privacy policies.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, manage how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Texts and emails

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your inquiry, appointments or membership. Marketing messages include a way to opt out. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Send your request through our contact form or call (214) 477-1117, and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep records we are legally required to keep.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
